Poor customer service. When I had a question about mobile orders I was always told to contact corporate office and that they are just a franchise. I think they should train their employees on all aspects of business.

I was very specific about my order and the lady working had the nerve to say that I ordered the wrong thing. Trying to argue with a customer. I would never come here again. She also took back the wrong drink she made and put it on the counter where they make all the other drinks. What kind of sanitation is that? Terrible customer service!!!

This was nice for a chain bubble tea place. It was quick and basic nothing too special but the tea was good and hit the spot. The place could have been cleaner but it wasn't horrible.

The family likes Quickly better. More options and less expensive.

Very limited selection and a dilapidated electronic menu that flips so fast you lose sight of what you're interested in ordering along with arrogant, rude, and bored staff made the experience at this Kung Fu Tea an unpleasant chore. Unlike other KFTs I've been to, here your bobba is a topping you have to add. The bobba I got at the bottom of my taro slush was hot which is something I still don't understand in a slush drink. A milk tea we ordered was completely unsweetened--the bored staff at the front didn't even bother to ask if we wanted it sweetened. Usually at KFTs they ask what percentage. I've been to far better locations and do not plan to return here. There are better, friendlier, more inviting options for bubble tea in the RDU area. Try those before you try this KFT.

Great tea! I absolutely ADORE the honey oolong with boba!

Milk Green Tea with bubbles is my go to always great and high quality. The only small issue is it can get really busy so can take time to get your order. I'd recommend going on the off times for optimal enjoyment.

Do not shop at this place. The employees at this location do not care. They were out of all boba. Did an online order and waited 30 minutes for the tea. Meanwhile all the walkin people got their orders right away. I tried several times to get tea from this place and I’m done. Do yourself a favor and don’t even go here.

This place is the real deal. Brewed tea and Boba with flavor. There are hundreds of options and you can customize them all.

I ordered drinks with my family earlier today, and the front cashier was rude from the second we walked into the door. I tried to ask for less sugar in my drink, but I was met with a harsh, rude tone. Extremely patronizing when I didn't swipe my credit card correctly, without a hint of friendliness. I hope Kung Fu Tea fires all of their workers and improves their customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.

Warning: Rosehip milk tea is *very* sweet!! I am usually a "30% sweetness" person and decided to try it today, but it tasted like syrup to me! 5 stars to Kung Fu Tea though, because when I asked them about it they replaced my drink for free. ♥️ Thank you KF Tea! The honey oolong is my fave! 💕

The tea here is delicious. I got the Oolong milk tea and I had to say the tea itself was great but I had two complaints, the lesser complaint was that the inside of my boba was hard (which to me means it was probably old) but my biggest complaint was the customer service. When I came into the store I was not greeted at all whatsoever and I was faced with the most bored looking employees I’ve ever seen. The girl at the counter looked like she was half asleep and wanted to be anywhere but there. I was a server for five years and always had a smile on my face even after a grueling ten hour shift. I decided to make a review because I live in Fayetteville and I drove an hour and a half just for this. I think it shouldn’t even be pointed out that you’re supposed to greet a customer or say anything really when they walk in. The tea itself is delicious, but I’d suggest making fresher boba and training your employees to at least fake that they enjoy being there.

This is a franchise from NYC, but they do serve the best boba tea in the RTP area. Highly recommended.

I was very new to these types of drinks and I got to say, I'm happy with what I got. One of the workers helped me pick out a drink that she thought I'd like based on what I told her, and I really liked it. I can't wait to try more things.

We have tried several of the Milk Tea offerings in the area but always come back to Kung Fu. Just the flavor and the quick service are always right. We usually get the Original but sometimes try something new like the Wow Oreo. Price point is about same as other places. It's kind of a trendy thing now to go get the Milk Teas, but we enjoy it. They can be busy but are always fast without sacrificing quality.

They have a ton of choices, which sometimes is overwhelming and an overkill but I am a big fan of their product! The staff is lovely and know the menu well, I was helped in navigating the menu and told which toppings went best with which flavors and came out with a honey milk tea with boboa which I thoroughly enjoyed :]]

Poor customer service given here. Also, employees were texting, cleaning, and making drinks following mine when my order was so called “ready” but sitting in the back waiting to be sealed and handed over. They let me stand there for a few minutes with my drink sitting in the back unattended and finally decided to walk back to bring my drink to the front pick up area. I’d rather go to milk lab and boba baba since their customer service is much better.

Too much Boba and ice. I called to let them know and they didn't offer to do anything about it. Definitely will not be going back.

22 dollars for 4 bubble tea drinks is normal. 👍🏼 I love strawberry lemonade but we dont like the green tea 😅 I ordered with bubble tea but they put something black feels like jelly I dont like it but thats okay for the sake of I tried something new 😄👍🏼

Been here couple time. Their drinks are pretty good but I really like there tea, any kind of flavor. One thing I like about it is they put just enough ice, never too much, so the flavor is real strong and good...

Kung Fu Tea in Cary is a fantastic bubble tea spot. They always have a wide selection, helpful people, and decently quick service. I’ve always been delighted, and I have returned many times!

Kung Fu teas has better than average milk tea good boba, and the only downside is the pricing could be better. Definitely better than however then your major chains like quickly. Worth visiting and even worth being a regular at.

Our drinks were absolutely delicious but customer service could definitely use some improvement. I was not a pleased first time customer and they were not too friendly when I asked for an explanation of the menu. Cashier was very young and seemed confused about it all

I ordered a drink yesterday and was met with very rude customer service. The short, round worker was not friendly at all, and she had no patience for me as a new customer. They expect a customer to know everything about the possible menu options with sugar level and toppings. I was so offput that I can say this is the worst customer service experience I have had walking into a boba tea place. It's a shame, but I am never coming back. I would rather drive farther out to Milk Lab and give them my business instead.

Honor your KFT promo or just don’t have one! Customer service needs to be retrained too!

I've been here 6 times, and 3 of my drinks were undrinkable. Twice, the tea was extremely overbrewed and bitter. Once, the drink had the tangy-sweet-sour flavor of rotten fruit. The other three times were great -- best bubble tea in town. But if there's a 50/50 shot I'm going to have to throw out my drink instead of drink it, I'm not going back.

Great bubble tea in Cary! I'm so excited to drink Kung Fu tea in my town. You can customize ice and sugar level from 0%, 30%, 50%, 80%, 100%, to 120%. There are so many choices to choose from with different flavors. May need multiple visits to try them all! :P

I had the Oreo milk tea which was great. However, the customer service sucked. NC Health Inspection grade 94.5.

Lots of choices, very tasty if you like bubble tea. Fairly new and busy.

Great tea and fast service. Lots of options and there's some space to sit outside a couple of doors down. At least for now. Might change if something opens there.

First time coming to Kung Fu Tea and I have to say this is the place to go to for boba tea. I got the strawberry lemonade with boba and it was fantastic.

Service: Customer service was adequate for a relatively busy day. There needs to be a reminder of patience for new customers, by staff. Sighing and walking away can be a bit rude as is also, staring at your cellphone when customers are ordering and then asking for them to repeat the order. 4/5.Quality: Fruit was good. Very sugary even though we asked for no additional sugar. 4/5.Price: Abysmal! $12 for 2 drinks? Ugh! The prices are so exaggerated they make me want to puke the Strawberry cream, Mango Jelly and Oreo Crumb drink I ordered! :)

I've only been there once and I got the Taro milktea with bubbles and it was pretty good. staff was nice and place was clean. would definitely go there again.

If you want the best authentic chinese tea, this is the place you want to go to. They have a large menu, so your tea and be customized how ever you want. It's almost exactly like a Starbucks, but with great authentic Chinese drinks from black tea to fancy combinations that will melt your taste buds. Would recommend for anyone looking to branch out their taste buds or to just get a drink to quench your thirst.

Great place to get some good boba tea. Large variety of options in teas as well as toppings. There are teas/drinks to make every age group happy and satisfied. You can also adjust the suagr and ice to your suitability!
